Neutral Knits.

(Sweater, Lafayette 148 (similar here); Pants, Theory (similar here); Shoes, Tory Burch (similar here); Hat; J.Crew; Bag, J.Crew (fall/winter hue here!); Sunnies, Ray-Ban)

When I bought these silk pants from Theory, I didn't realize how much I would actually find myself wearing them! Silk lounge pants are great to dress up with a heel or down with flats as I've opted for with a lightweight sweater, which is perfect for the current change of seasons. Even though these pants are as comfortable as wearing pajamas, they look much more appropriate for a casual day at work!

Jersey.

I headed back to New Jersey this weekend to celebrate my dad's birthday and Father's Day. We had great weather that was perfect for a back yard barbecue and a comfortable maxi and worn in chambray seemed fitting for the occasion. Sam braided a fishtail for me, which is a fun alternative to the three piece braid. Now, if only I had less layers so it would have stayed in longer!

Fruit Punch.

Bop has totally taken a hiatus and to bop back into it I felt it only fitting to sport a hot pink denim skirt. I was pleasantly surprised to find this at J.Crew. So unlike them! I guess they are hopping on the neon train and I am not opposed!

This Sally Hansen nail polish was found in our beauty closet. It looked so similar to my gold buttons I had to snap one for you.

Navy at Brunch.

Bustling Pastis for Saturday Brunch via Instagram
Everyone was out and about this weekend in NYC and it would have almost been a sin not to with the gorgeous weather. Although Standard  might have had a 150 person line and getting in line at the Frying Pan was a mere three blocks away from the boat's entry, we were able to sit right down at Pastis for brunch in Meatpacking this weekend without the wait. We then parked ourselves at West Village's Whitehorse Tavern to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

Comfortable heels were key for walking and a blazer made of a casual light weight knit dresses up any look but keeps it daytime and weekend appropriate.

P.S - What's your favorite brunch spot?

Classic Twists.

Designer label, Milly has teamed up with Sperry to create a fun and vibrant twist on the classic prepster brand. I stopped by their Flatiron NYC location this past Saturday and was immediately drawn to the new line that consumed the window merchandise. Window shoppers everywhere can't help but stop in and try on the Milly collection. The location itself is a Top-Sider lovers dream with aisles and aisles of different patterns and styles.

Check out the Milly/Sperry collaborative shoes that are on my radar:

I love the "M" insignia and really like the lime patent color.

Which is your favorite?
